Return & Refund Policy

At MANSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To start a return, please contact us at info@slkulture.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
